John Cerlienco, head designer of the Georges Guillaume collection has created a stunning 18 carat golden sapphire and diamond ring. The ring contains an exquisitely intricate set 3.86 carat golden sapphire and 1.2 carats of diamonds which are bezel set with yellow and white gold.
